How To Automatically Add New Quiz Completions To a Google Sheet
Overview:
Streamline the process of capturing quiz answers directly into Google Sheets using Shopify Flow and Google Sheets integration for easy tracking and analysis.
Prerequisites:
Access to Shopify Flow app. If not already installed, download it from the Shopify App Store. CLICK HERE

Google Sheets for Shopify connector
Steps:
Navigate to Shopify Flow in your Shopify admin. If you haven't installed Shopify Flow, download and install it from the Shopify App Store.
Access to Shopify Flow app. If not already installed, download it from the Shopify App Store. CLICK HERE
Install Template: Open the template link HERE
What the template looks like.

Click "Install" at the top right corner.

Then "Install" again to confirm.

IMPORTANT: Ensure you are logged into the correct Shopify store when installing the template.
Integrating Google Sheets : Click Add row to spreadsheet

Install the Google Sheets for Shopify connector by clicking the installation button.

Configuring the Spreadsheet Create a new Google Spreadsheet and customize it to capture the desired quiz data (e.g., Email, Name, Lesson Link, Answers). Then Copy and paste the spreadsheet's URL into the Shopify Flow template configuration to link them.

Properly set up column headers in your Google Spreadsheet to match the data being captured (e.g., Email, Name, Lesson Link, Answer 1).

Activate the Workflow: If the pre-configured settings meet your needs, activate the workflow by clicking Turn on Workflow.

Verify activation by cliking Turn on again

Test and verify the integration by completing a quiz within the configured course to ensure that responses are correctly captured and appear in the Google Sheet.
Also check for any delays or errors in data transmission between Shopify Flow and Google Sheets. Adjust settings as necessary to resolve any issues.
