How To Resend The Welcome Email


This SOP guides on how to resend the welcome email to a member in Shopify, ensuring they have the necessary information and access to their courses. Resending the welcome email can be useful if the member did not receive or accidentally deleted the original email.


Navigate to Members Section: Access the Members area.

Select the Member whom you wish to resend the welcome email.

Navigate to the course associated with the member. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the course section then select Resend Welcome Email from the dropdown menu.

Once selected, the welcome email will be resent to the member's email address.
