How To Set Up Notifications To Members When They Are Mentioned (FlowMail)

Overview:

Automatically notify members via email when they are mentioned in a post or comment using Shopify Flow and an email app (e.g., Flow Mail).

Steps:

1. Click the link to access the Workflow template.

2. Install the Workflow. On the top-right corner of the template screen, click the “Install” button.

3. Confirm by clicking “Install” in the middle of the page. Once installed, the workflow will be added to your Shopify Flow dashboard.

4. Customize the Email Action. Click on the “Send transactional email” action in the workflow.

5. Modify the following fields as needed:

• Subject line
• Reply-to email address
• Email body/content

6. Activate the Workflow. After all modifications, click “Turn on workflow.”

7. Confirm again by clicking “Turn on.”
