How To Make A Member A Moderator

Overview:

This SOP details the process of granting moderator privileges to a member within your Shopify community or course, enabling them to manage posts and comments effectively.

Steps:

Navigate to Members Section: Access the Members area.



Select the Member whom you wish to designate as a moderator.



On the right side, click on Make Moderator to assign the role to the selected member.



Moderator Privileges
Moderators can pin, edit, disable, and remove posts and comments within the community and lesson comment sections.
