How to Connect Tevello to ChatGPT, Claude & Other AI Apps (MCP Beta)

Purpose

This SOP explains how to connect Tevello to ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI application that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol).



Note: Tevello MCP is currently in Public Beta. Features may continue to evolve based on feedback and ongoing improvements.


Benefits of Using Tevello MCP

Once connected, you can use AI to:

  • Track member progress – quickly see who has completed lessons and who may need a nudge.
  • Review quiz results – access answers, scores, and reflections faster.
  • View course structure – see modules, lessons, and quizzes at a glance.
  • Check community activity – summarize recent posts, comments, and reactions.


Step 1: Open Tevello then Go to Settings

From your Shopify admin, open the Tevello app, click Settings.




Step 2: Open Integrations

Scroll down until you reach the Integrations section. Look for AI/MCP.




Step 3: Copy the MCP Server URL

Under AI / MCP (Beta), copy your MCP Server URL.


MCP Server URL:https://mcp.tevello.com/mcpThis is the URL you'll paste into any AI app that supports MCP.



Step 5: Paste It Into Your AI App

Open ChatGPT, Claude, or another MCP-compatible AI app, add a new MCP server, and paste the copied URL.

Note: Once connected, your AI app can securely access your Tevello courses and community data through MCP.


Step 6: Test the Connection

Ask your AI assistant a question about your Tevello data, such as:

  • "Show me the structure of my courses."
  • "Which members haven't finished their lessons?"
  • "Summarize the latest activity in my community."


You're all set!


Your Tevello MCP integration is now ready to use with supported AI applications.
