This is a step-by-step guide for Shopify users to uninstall the Tevello app from their store. It ensures that the process is executed efficiently and without confusion, while also encouraging users to provide valuable feedback on their reason for uninstallation.

Uninstalling Tevello will automatically cancel your subscription to the service. There is no need for further action to cancel the subscription separately.

Step By Step Process

Access Shopify Settings: Locate and click on Settings in the bottom left corner of the dashboard.




Navigate to Apps and Sales Channels:



Locate Tevello App: In the list of installed apps, locate Tevello and click on the three dots (...) next to it.



From the dropdown menu, select Uninstall.



Confirm Uninstallation A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation.
Select a reason for uninstalling from the options provided. Note: Providing a reason is optional but can provide helpful feedback.



Complete Uninstallation: Click on Uninstall to confirm your decision.



Verify Uninstallation: Once the app has been uninstalled, verify its removal by checking the list of installed apps again.
