Setting up a course as a membership or subscription with limited time access in Shopify involves creating product variants for different subscription durations and using a subscription app to manage the recurring payments and access. Here’s how you can do it:

Create Product Variants

1. Access your Shopify admin panel and navigate to the Products section.

2. Select the Product created for the course.

3. Creating Subscription Variants

• For the course you want to offer as a subscription, create variants for each subscription duration, such as monthly and yearly.

4. Integrating Subscription Apps

• Install and set up a subscription app, like the native Shopify Subscription app or any other compatible app. These apps allow you to manage subscription services directly within Shopify.

How To Configure Shopify Subscription App

1. Go to Apps

2. Select Subscriptions

3. Go to Plans

Monthly Plan

a. Select Monthly

b. Click Browse

c. Connect the Product to the Monthly Variant, the click Select

d. In the Discount and Delivery section, enter the Delivery frequency value and Deliery Interval

Yearly Plan

a. Select Yearly

b. Click Browse

c. Connect the Product to the Yearly Variant, the click Select

d. In the Discount and Delivery section, enter the Delivery frequency value and Deliery Interval

Link Subscription to the Course

1. Go to Courses.

2. Select the specific course.

3. Click Course Settings

4. Under Auto enrollment products, click Add Product.

5. Add the product variants you created for subscriptions then click *Add

6. Define Access Duration then click Save
