How To Automatically Reward a Member With Loyalty Points When They Completed a Lesson (Appstle Loyalty)

Overview:

Automatically reward members with loyalty points when they complete a lesson in Shopify using Shopify Flow and a loyalty app.

Prerequisites:
Access to Shopify Flow app. If not yet installed, download it from the Shopify App Store. CLICK HERE

A loyalty and rewards app (Example used: Appstle Loyalty and Rewards)

Steps:

Navigate to Shopify Flow in your Shopify admin. If you haven't installed Shopify Flow, download and install it from the Shopify App Store.

Access to Shopify Flow app. If not yet installed, download it from the Shopify App Store. CLICK HERE

Install Template: Open the template link HERE

What the template looks like.


Click "Install" at the top right corner.


Then "Install" again to confirm.

IMPORTANT: Ensure you are logged into the correct Shopify store when installing the template.

Configuring the Workflow. Click the Add points box to edit details.


Verify and configure the data sent to the loyalty app, such as customer email and points to be awarded.


Activate the Workflow: If the pre-configured settings meet your needs, activate the workflow by clicking Turn on Workflow.


Verify activation by cliking Turn on again

Adjusting for Different Loyalty Apps

If using a loyalty app other than the one provided in the template, remove the existing action related to the Appstle app then click the plus icon to add a new action.


Select your loyalty app from the list. From there you can configure the new action to correctly interact with your chosen loyalty app, filling in necessary details like reward rules and customer identifiers.
