Content File Requirements

Within your Tevello app, you can upload various file types directly to your courses. Supported file types include videos, audio files, PDFs, and images.


Video

Attribution	Requirement
File Type Supported	4mv, amv, avi, flv, m4p, m4v, mkv, mov, mp3, mp4, mpeg, mpg, mxf, ogg, ts, vod, wav, webm, wmvi
Resolution	Maximum resolution of 4K
File size	No limit per video
Video Lenght	No limit per video
Total Storage and Total Bandwidth	100 GB

If you need more than that please let me know and we can discuss the options to increase that.


Images

Attribution	Requirement
File type	JPEG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, and GIF
Resolution	Maximum of 20 MP (megapixels)
File size	Maximum of 20 MB (megabytes)
Aspect ratio	between 100:1 and 1:100

Course Cover Photo

Attribution	Requirement
File type	JPEG, PNG, WEBP
File size	Maximum of 20 MB (megabytes)
Aspect ratio	760x416

But if you prefer a different ratio/size it could be changed easily with a short CSS


PDF

Attribution	Requirement
File type	.pdf (non-fillable)
Size	20MB or less
