# How To Set Up Notifications To Members When They Are Mentioned (FlowMail)

### Overview:
Automatically notify members via email when they are mentioned in a post or comment using Shopify Flow and an email app (e.g., Flow Mail).


### Steps:

1. Click the link to access the Workflow template

2. **Install the Workflow.** On the top-right corner of the template screen, click the **“Install”** button.

3. Confirm by clicking **“Install”** in the middle of the page. Once installed, the workflow will be added to your Shopify Flow dashboard.

4. **Customize the Email Action**. Click on the **“Send transactional email”** action in the workflow.

5. Modify the following fields as needed:

* **Subject line**
* **Reply-to email address**
* **Email body/content**

| Personalize the message to reflect your brand voice and mention context.

6. **Activate the Workflow**. After all modifications, click **“Turn on workflow.”**

7. Confirm again by clicking **“Turn on.”**
