Adding members to your platform in bulk can be efficiently managed using the Import CSV function in Tevello. This guide will walk you through the process, from preparing your CSV file to importing members and assigning them access to specific courses and communities.

# How to download CSV format in Google Sheet

1.  Ensure your file includes essential columns like **First Name, Last Name, and Email**. These are the basic pieces of information required for member import

2. Click **File** then select **Download** followed by **Comma separated Vallue (.csv)**

# Steps for Importing Members:

1. Under your Tevello App, go to the **Members** section found in the left sidebar menu.

2. Click on **More Actions** and select **Import CSV** to begin the import process.

3. Match the columns.

4. Click **Next**

5. Select the course or community to which you want to add them.

6. **Select Access Permissions.** Choose the specific courses and communities you wish to grant access to. You can also decide whether to give unlimited access or set a time limit (e.g., 30 days) for each.

7. Once everything is set, click **Import** to start adding the members to your platform. The process may take some time, depending on the number of members being imported.

| You can track the progress of the import at the bottom of the screen. Shopify will display a count (e.g., 1 out of 2, 2 out of 2) to indicate the number of members successfully imported.

8. **Completion and Verification:**
| Upon completion, a message will confirm that the import process is done. The page will reload, and you'll be able to see the newly imported members along with the access they've been granted.
